Best Banana Bread

This simple banana bread is delicious, fast, and accidentally vegan.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Peel bananas into a bowl and add the remaining wet ingredients.
  3. Blend the wet ingredients well. a. Use a potato masher or fork to have several banana chunks in the bread b. Use an immersion blender to make a smooth, fluffy liquid and fewer chunks.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  6. (Optional) Fold in any optional ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into a 9” round cake pan.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
